    I would give this place a 0 star. Make you pay for unneccessary stuff. Owner is a crook. Doesn't reply to needs. I asked to fix simple blinds in the house and he spray paints the window and ends up charging us for the work that he did. Ridiculous. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

  • Review of "Home Realty" at Pella

    We are new to IA and luckily ended up working with Home Realty. Our realtor (Leasa and also Michelle) worked patiently and diligently with us for 6 months until we decided on the right place. Always upbeat, honest, responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable. She cheerfully indulged our whims while providing solid, diplomatic advice on housing and locations. These folks have lifelong connections and knowledge of the Pella area which is a tremendous help for newcomers like us. This story says it all: Before we had moved in, we were celebrating the holidays out of state and our new neighbors called Leasa because we had an alarm going off in the house. Leasa called us while she was on her way to check it in person and later was able to give us the "all-clear." This was on Christmas day! We highly recommend Home Realty.
